Le régime Ali Bongo avait chasse les observateurs de l’Union Européenne suite à la proclamation de l’élection truquée de 2016. Bilié by Nze avait même déclaré : « le Gabon n’est pas membre de l’UE, donc ils ne peuvent pas s’occuper de nos affaires ». Bizarrement, c’est ce même régime qui va quémander des financements auprès de l’UE pour des simples travaux de voiries.
