Apparemment, au Gabon, la pêche, la mer et la sûreté maritime sont synonymes de climat. En effet, c’est le ministère de la Pêche, de la Mer et de la sûreté maritime que dirige Guy Rossatanga-Rignault ; mais Ali Bongo vient de lui ajouter les attributions "sur instruction du Président de la République" s’il vous plait, de la gestion du dossier climat.

Chers lecteurs, il y a pourtant un ministère de la Forêt et de l’Environnement au Gabon. Mais bon, le régime Ali Bongo n’est plus à un désordre prêt. Et puis, qui va discuter les ordres du chef, en dictature ?

La Lettre du Continent nous rappelle non sans ironie, que le juriste qu’est Guy Rossatanga-Rignault prend régulièrement position sur les questions constitutionnelles en faveur du régime en place qui est toujours très contesté à Libreville. Il nous est aussi rappelé que Pacôme Moubelet Boubeya, le ci-devant Ministre de la forêt et de l'environnement, aurait travaillé avec Guy Rossatanga-Rignault lors de la COP 22, en 2016, à Marrakech, celle organisée l'année suivante à Bonn, en Allemagne ; que Lee White, ce Britannique naturalisé Gabonais en 2008 (juste à temps), qui se sucre en dictature Gabonaise, refuse de travailler sous la tutelle du ministère de la Forêt et de l'Environnement, préférant la proximité de Rossatanga (on pourrait se demander pourquoi ? A moins que les affaires juteuses dictent cette posture).

Finalement, c’est un certain Tanguy Gahouma-Bekalé, qui serait le relais de Rossatanga au sein du Conseil national climat du Gabon, il dirige aussi l'Agence Gabonaise d'Etudes et d'Observation Spatiales.
