WITH JEUNE AFRIQUE, THE TOLERABLE LIMITS ARE EXCEEDED. AVEC JEUNE AFRIQUE, LES LIMITES DU TOLÉRABLE SONT LARGEMENT DÉPASSÉES

English version

In its attack on the African resistance in general, and focusing on the confrontation of Edouard Valentin by the Gabonese resistance, while indexing them, Jeune Afrique has gone beyond the limits of the tolerable in the nonsense and denial of the right Of the Gabonese people to hold those who harmed them accountable.

By way of illustration, in the same edition of Jeune Afrique, there is a depiction of shares of ownership of the insurance company created by Edouard Valentin. It shows that the company is 47% owned by the Gabonese Strategic Investment Fund and 14% by the sovereign fund of the Gabonese Republic, two opaque structures, supposedly belonging to the Gabonese taxpayers, but directed without transparency by Serge Mickoto Ali Bongo’s brother-in-law. The Caisse de Depot et Consignation holds 8%, it is an entity entirely controlled by Ali Bongo and his family; and finally, the Gabonese Insurance Companies, that is to say Edouard Valentin himself, hold the remaining 31%.

Dear readers, you will understand that this company is built on the generous udder of the Gabonese state. It's been 41 years that Edouard Valentin is draining the Gabonese people and his daughter being married to Ali Bongo, the way things are going, it is very likely that this clan wants to see his grandson succeed Ali Bongo. So, we have the right to hold him accountable because he takes advantage of us and imposes upon us a dictatorship that chokes us when it does not kill us.

Jeune Afrique reproaches the Gabonese resistance of having gone after an octogenarian. This journal believes that "it is not heroic or glorious to terrorize an octogenarian-nothing symbolic either, if not your own powerlessness."

Oh really? Even when this octogenarian is the worst of bastards? Of scoundrels?

When France tried and sentenced Maurice Papon to prison in 1998 and imprisoned him in 1999, he was jailed at the age of 89. Jeune Afrique never told France that there was nothing heroic about imprisoning an octogenarian.

In 2009, the ex-Nazi Charles Zentaï was extradited from Australia to Hungary, to answer for crimes against humanity, he was 88 years old. Jeune Afrique never told Australia or Hungary that there was nothing heroic about pursuing an octogenarian.

Augusto Pinochet was arrested in London in 1998 on charges of crimes against humanity. He was 83 years old. Jeune Afrique never wrote that there was nothing heroic for the plaintiffs, to pursue an octogenarian.

No, this garbage journal must stop mocking Africans. We must fight this newspaper that works for the maintain of our slavery.

We will not give up!
