According to la Lettre du Continent, the receipt of birth certificate released by the Central Department of Civil Status of Foreign Affairs (MFA), based in Nantes, may have thrown confusion into the controversy of Ali Bongo’s filiation. The catch in all this is the same French MFA department that had so far said that this document did not exist in its archives; and more problematic, Ali Bongo himself had never produced such a document. Gabonese NGOs now ask for full access to this birth certificate.

Another curious fact, according to La Lettre du continent, is that this signed document by the civil state officer Laurence Bourdeau, was published shortly after Ali Bongo’s visit to the Paris Air Show. There seems to be a collusion between this birth document and the lobbying of the Gabonese presidency on Manuel Valls and Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s networks. Ali Bongo would have asked to meet with the French Prime Minister on June 16. To accomplish this, Ali Bongo has hired Anne Hommel for his communication. She is the boss of the agency Majorelle PR & Events, and is close to Stéphane Fouks, who is a personal friend of Manuel Valls. She also manages the image of Dominique Strauss-Kahn. She is also close to the Secretary of State for French nationals abroad, Fekl Matthias, who has oversight on the central archives of Nantes.

Coincidentally, La letter du Continent has also announced that Ali Bongo has just invited Manuel Valls to Libreville; and things come to full circle!

Selon la Lettre du Continent, l’extrait d'acte de naissance rendu public par le Service central d'état civil du ministère des affaires étrangères (MAE) basé à Nantes, aurait jeté le trouble dans la polémique de la filiation d’Ali Bongo. Le hic dans tout ça est que le département du MAE français avait jusqu'à présent affirmé que ce document n'existait pas dans ses archives, et encore plus problématique, Ali Bongo lui-même ne l'avait jamais produit. Les ONG gabonaises demanderaient désormais l'accès à l'intégralité de cet acte de naissance.

L’autre fait curieux, d’après la Lettre du continent est que cet extrait signé de l'officier d'Etat civil Laurence Bourdeau, a été publié au lendemain de la visite d'Ali Bongo au Salon aéronautique du Bourget. Il semblerait qu’il existe une collusion entre cet acte de naissance et le lobbying de la présidence Gabonaise auprès des réseaux de Manuel Valls et de Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Ali Bongo aurait demandé à rencontrer le premier ministre français le 16 juin. Pour cela, Ali Bongo aurait retenu les services d'Anne Hommel pour sa communication. Elle est la patronne de l'agence Majorelle PR & Events, et proche de Stéphane Fouks, qui est un ami personnel de Manuel Valls. Elle gère aussi l'image de Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Elle est également proche du secrétaire d'Etat aux Français de l'étranger, Matthias Fekl, qui est à la tête de la tutelle responsable de la gestion du fichier central de Nantes.

Comme par hasard, La lettre du continent nous annonce aussi qu’Ali Bongo vient d’inviter Manuel Valls à Libreville ; et la boucle est bouclée !
